Door County, WI —Door-Tran is inviting anyone interested in learning more about transportation in Door County to the quarterly Transportation Resource Improvement Partners (TRIP) meeting on October 14th at 1:00 pm. This meeting will be held at City Hall in Sturgeon Bay with a zoom option available. The vision of TRIP is to work to improve transportation services for all people in Door County to get where they want to go. This group meets on the second Wednesday in the months of January, April, July and October.
“Since transportation was identified as one of Door County’s greatest needs, TRIP has met regularly to bring transportation stakeholders together. These meetings foster collaboration, resource sharing, and service coordination to address unmet needs and minimize duplication. By working together, partners can make the most of limited rural transportation resources and serve more community members effectively,” said Executive Director, Nikki Voight.
To learn more about TRIP or Door-Tran, contact the office Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at (920) 743-9999 or visit door-tran.org.
