Door County, WI —Door-Tran will have an informational table in the lobby of the Sister Bay Piggly Wiggly on Thursday, August 27th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The store is located at 10567 Country Walk Dr, Sister Bay, WI 54234. “Getting into the Northern Door community to raise awareness and spread the word about our services is essential to our mission of providing affordable, available, and accessible transportation to Door County residents,” said Door-Tran Volunteer Coordinator, Kim Gilson. “Door-Tran serves the entire peninsula through a variety of programs, and we want to ensure that everyone has the information and support necessary to get where they need to go safely and reliably.”

Gilson added, “We are also in need of volunteer drivers in the Northern Door area and would love to connect with anyone who may be interested in volunteering.”

Door-Tran extends its gratitude to Piggly Wiggly for providing this opportunity to connect with community members. Their support helps Door-Tran reach new audiences and educate the public about transportation services available throughout Door County.
